As a woman victim of sexual, economic, psychological and physical violence during the relationship with my previous partner and father of my second daughter, I understand what a woman who feels alone and defenseless goes through and I think it goes without saying that it was a very long process and difficult since not only was my physical integrity at risk at all times, but also my psychological one.

Due to all this I developed bipolar disorder with severe depressive periods which I have successfully coped with therapeutic and psychiatric help.

At the Transformación Therapeutic Center I focus on psychological support with weekly low-cost psychological therapy appointments and free bi-monthly workshops for young and middle-aged women who are victims of violence, helping them identify the signs of physical, economic, sexual or emotional violence. who may be suffering, giving adequate psychological tools so that they can face the situation of violence, psychological intervention for women who have suffered gender-based violence, raising awareness in the community about the meaning, magnitude and consequences of the phenomenon of violence against women usually
